So, I’m trying to play some Saturn games on my X96 Air S905X3, but I keep getting that error and it keeps saying that stvbios.zip is untested and missing in bios folder, althought everything is there. Any help or advice?

Your bios is wrong, need the specific one listed there MD5 is important
Where can I get the right one? I’ve downloaded 10-15 different stvbios and the error is still there. How do I know I have the MD5?
you dont need stvbios.zip, just remove it.

but you need saturn_bios.bin - that one you got i guess ?
Yes, so far I have those inside “bios” folder! Testing now without the stvbios
Tried that tip, it says now that stvbios.zip is missing, and when it is inside the bios folder it keeps saying UNTESTED…

then it is a problem with emuelec.
the core doesnt need stvbios for sega saturn games,
only for STV games.
did you start the game and did get that message ?
No, it enters the startup menu from sega saturn, then I can’t start the game, and when I exist this red screen appears…
I am using the latest version of Emuelec.

no, just download the file and put it in the bios folder.
edit: ok, now i see - if it says it is missing, rename to stvbios.zip
Done, now there is another error, but it seemed to solve the stvbios problem. Here’s what appears now:

I’m going to try, I have here daytona usa and sega rally championship.
uuuh, they both are not realy playable on this sort of device ^^
but they should start… still weird that game doesnt start
without the stv bios, i dont have that file in the bios folder
on another device & pc. the core doesnt need it for saturn games.
@paparansen @lmasaf Do not ask for copyrighted material, and certainly DO NOT LINK TO IT! that includes BIOS.
