Dont get anything below an Amlogic s905x3. s922x is one of the best chips and can handle pretty much all emulators with the exception of an occasional jerking from dolphin due to shader real time compiling which is compatible with gc/wii.
so you cannot use a allwinner h616 or a rockchip processor?? need to be amlogic? ty for your reply 
Allwinner and Rockchip support is unsupported currently.
