Dreamcast/Flycast VMU handling


is there a way to manage the content of the virtual VMU of the virtual Dreamcast memory cards in Emuelec 4.6 running on an Odroid N2+?
E.g. some games, like Shenmue need 80 blocks and there is inside the game no possibility to change the VMU! So if my first VMU has less than 80 blocks left it’s impossible to save the game state.
Is there a way to move the data from the first VMU to another?
