Dreamcast becoming slower performance? SOLVED

Hello everyone, I updated Emuelec from 4.0 to 4.5 (Clean installation, lot of hours configuring games), all fine, better compatibility, some games are working properly now,… but with Dreamcast I think becomes worst. I have a S905X3 TVBox (X96Max+) and before I was using Flycast at 800x600, but I had to to down to 640x480 as getting slower or its just my impression?

Also, any way to overclock? I want add a Heatsink to my TVBox and some thermal pad.

Ok, solved after some time trying.

The problem is with the Flycast core included in Emuelec 4.4 and 4.5, I was having a slow performance, in Virtua Tennis 2 was terrible slow playing at 800x600 with mipmapping. I copied the Flycast core from 4.3 Emuelec version and placing it into the core folder at Emuelec 4.5, now Dreamcast games runs smooth again :slight_smile:

I think this is important if somebody is getting a bad performance with dreamcast since 4.4
