Each time I start EmuELEC(on Phicomm N1 box), the volume is so loud that my neighbor is disturbed. I have to turn the system volume down every time because when restarted, the volume will return to 100 again.
How can I turn the volume down and save it ?
The config audio.volume in /storage/.config/emuelec/configs/emuelec.conf (or \\IP\Configfiles\emuelec\configs\emuelec.conf for samba) is saved but not read correctly before EmulationStation is started

No, you only mounted /storage/roms through cifs, /storage/.config has nothing to do with it
This might be a bug hidden deeply because I once installed RetroPie in my Raspberry and it also suffers from the same problem.
