It’s only recognising the controller if I connect it wired.
I used these instructions to try and setup the controller.

Besides, maybe you should post a log for the Author to diagnose your problem.
Based on my experience, I guess either the bluetooth device on your box is not working or you have a non-genuine PS3 controller. Make sure your PS3 controller is genuine first.
Hey, its definitely a non-genuine PS3 controller lol. It syncs ok and works in retroarch and dolphin with some config changes, but no flycast when running stand-alone and wirelessly.
The UID’s change when wireless, but I have added both ID’s to the flycast/emu.cfg
