HDMI 240p tv CRT with AMLOGIC it's possible?

Inside SYSTEM directory the flash folder is empty. Raspberry users achieve 240p and video standards like brazilian PAL-M, SECAM and any custom frequencies from composite by configuring the VEC (composite video encoder), but for Amlogic devices I don’t have a clue if something like VEC exist. Where the composite video encoding happens in these SOCs is a mystery for me. What I know is that these SOCs only output a single standard NTSC/PAL mode from my experience. If it’s something that could be tweaked at video driver level is a question.
