Is there a version of Emulec that would work my android devices below?

  • Chromebook : ACER CP311-3H series (Model No N19Q10)
  • Tablet Cdisplay by haier ref: CDP7TAB4C8 (Model:E701)

You should try retroarch with an frontend like LaunchBox ( https://www.launchbox-app.com/ ) or DIG (Dig - Emulator front-end for Android)
