Well, in fact I know it is doable, I have installed EE 4.6 internally (EMMC) and CE 20 externally (MicroSD).
This way you can take advantage of the 64GB EMMC for roms, and a little-cheap uSD for CoreELEC (and perhaps more roms ;P)

The problem I´m having is when I reboot to Nand from CE it reboots to Android, and the only option I have for runing EE is to turn off the box, unplug the uSD and then turn on the box

Is there any special command or any trick to reboot to EE EMMC from CE uSD???
Perhaps removing Android from EMMC?? although I suppose we need the bootloader from android.
It would be great as you can take advantage of the internal storage and this will be a perfect replacement for the EmuELEC addon (at least for me)

Thanks in advance and thanks for the incredible working you are doing.

I´m trying this another time… now I have installed internally the new EmuELEC 4.8test image in a S905X3 Tanix, CoreELEC 20.1 stable sd.
If I install EmuELEC alone, no Android on EMMC, problem is CoreELEC doesn´t even show the Reboot to EMMC option, when I force this action by installing another skin and I reboot to nand the box reboot to microSD again and it is impossible to boot to EMMC almost I unplug the microSD

Anyone can point me in a possible solution?? perhaps a script for CoreELEC? Force the internall boot perhaps with aml autoscript??

Any help or idea is wellcome, thanks

If you can accept Android on eMMC then you can use [GitHub - HybridELEC/hepacker: HybridELEC image packer](https://github.com/HybridELEC/hepacker) to create your own Android + CE + EE burning image to flash all three of them onto eMMC, and use Android as your entrance.
